Bill Simon, Vice President, Prior to joining advance4, Bill was as an executive in the non-profit, and public sectors managing complex organizations serving low and moderate income populations. Bill launched a successful housing trust fund that financed thousands of housing units, and later, directed a turnaround public housing authority into a high performing organization. Having entered the consulting field, he assists clients in organizational capacity building, resource development, strategic planning, and program development. Bill works with a diverse client base that include mental health, community planning, and housing development organizations.
