Situation: A state-wide affiliate of a national non-profit organization
formed but lacked funding to hire a full time staff person and the
organizational structure to successfully move the organization forward.
Solution: advance4 LLC was hired to provide a part time presence in the
role of Executive Director to provide leadership support for the organization,
resource development services, and communication. Additionally, advance4 LLC
was engaged to develop critical communication mechanisms for the organization.
Results: Within the first 30 days of the project, advance4 LLC developed
a web site, an organizational brochure, display materials for conferences and
events, letterhead and business cards, a database, and established
communication with approximately 100 constituents. Communication links were
established with statewide funding entities, and 78 member organizations
engaged in the ongoing development of the organization.
