Volunteers
The wants and roles of volunteers in the non-profit sector are changing
rapidly, and yet, volunteers are one of the most distinct aspects of
non-profits.
Many times organizations under-utilize volunteers or discourage volunteer
involvement because they do not have effective systems for recruiting,
retaining and recognizing volunteers in place. Not only does this limit your
organization's ability to access a tremendous resource within your community,
but without adequate structures to support a strong volunteer program, those
volunteers who do come to your organization may be frustrated by their
experience.
Our volunteer services are designed to help you design and implement an
effective volunteer program - from start to finish - or to help you enhance

(recruiting and training materials, volunteer job descriptions, volunteer
performance evaluations, and volunteer satisfaction forms, for example) that
meet the needs of your organization and ensure that these systems can be
effectively implemented by your organization. Additionally, we can offer
services that will provide you with support as you begin to implement these new
tools to ensure that the transition is effective.
Members
Are you a membership organization? If so, we can provide you with strategies to
increase your membership and increase membership satisfaction with your
programs and services. Enhanced membership can strengthen your organizational
revenue, public relations, and organizational position. Recruitment strategies,
communication tools, programs and events, and recognition programs are some of
the types of strategies we may utilize with your organization.
Donors
Fundraising is relational. Your donors want to be recognized and related to
